Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have learnt that telemedicine can become a vital and convenient aspect of health care. Please note that both virtual and face to face appointments are chargeable.
A health assessment is an in-depth health check. It includes medical and non-invasive tests that give you a clear picture of your health and wellbeing. Our health assessments focus on preventative health; informing you of potential issues and reinforcing good behaviours to support your health. The aim is to allow you to understand your body better and take control of your health.
With a health assessment, we can refer you to the relevant specialist if anything of concern is found.
Knowing how healthy you are means you can tailor your lifestyle and live life to the full. Our Health Assessment team will provide you with the necessary information and education for you to make an informed decision about your health and wellbeing, with the 360 Health Assessment highlighting health issues such as diabetes, high cholesterol and lifestyle diseases.
Whilst a health assessment is not a diagnostic process, if any serious health issues are found we can refer you to the relevant specialist privately.
If you have Private Medical Insurance, or are part of a company scheme, you may be entitled to a reduced rate. Please contact us for more details

Prior to commencing your 360 assessment, there is a thorough questionnaire to carry out. Completing this questionnaire helps us to understand all factors such as your previous medical history, family history, exercise and activity levels, nutritional health, and pressure management that influence your health. Our clinicians will use this information as a foundation, alongside your health parameters, to support positive changes. During your 360 Health Assessment we will:
CHECK STRESS LEVELS
We all feel stress from time to time. However, the volume, frequency and how we manage this stress is key to our health and wellbeing. During the Health Assessment, and from your pre-assessment questionnaire, we will assess your psychological stress levels and then using innovative technology, we will measure your physiological response to stressors and cognitive performance. We will then discuss techniques to help you respond better during stressful situations to improve your emotional wellbeing.
CHECK POSTURE AND MOVEMENT HEALTH
Musculoskeletal conditions are the leading cause of pain and disability worldwide, and a major cause of workplace absence and productivity loss. The quality and range of your movement can influence your susceptibility to experiencing and living with pain. During your assessment your Health and Wellbeing Physiotherapist will perform a functional movement assessment. This will evaluate your mobility, stability and strength, to help you to make proactive changes to your work, home and exercise routines to optimize your movement and reduce your risk of future pain and injury.
CHECK CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH
A healthy heart is essential for your overall health, and this depends a lot on the way you live. Regular exercise and healthy eating are significant factors in combating high blood pressure and high cholesterol, both of which can contribute to heart disease. Our tests will help reveal any concerns.
CHECK DIET AND NUTRITION
We’re constantly told what we should eat, but what’s right for you, personally?
Using our innovative and engaging dietary analysis based on the clinically validated Mediterranean diet, we will provide you with a detailed assessment of your nutritional habits so you can understand the key strengths and weaknesses of your diet and know what changes need to be made.
CHECK DIABETES
Over half a million people in the Ghana have diabetes without knowing it. We will look for risk factors by measuring your blood glucose (sugar) level and analysing your urine. Our clinicians will then discuss your results and help you manage your blood sugar levels through exercise, nutrition and other lifestyle changes to reduce your risk of developing diabetes in the future.
CHECK CHOLESTEROL
Your heart is your body’s most vital organ, so make it healthier with a few simple checks. Our blood test will assess your cholesterol level, whilst our clinicians will work with you to help lower your risk of cardiovascular disease by implementing healthier behaviours.
CHECK BLOOD
In addition to testing for cholesterol and diabetes, a full blood test will look for anaemia and the ability to fight infection; kidney and liver function; calcium and protein levels; as well as thyroid (female) and prostate (male) for the over 50’s.
All to give you complete peace of mind that you have a full picture of your current health.
